This article will take you through the steps to unsubscribe users from your program. This will not block that person from rejoining your program, but will erase any point score and user history that they have accumulated in your program. This may be useful if you have idling users taking up slots in your program.
Accessing User Details
From your account home screen, click into the Ambassadors tab from the sidebar menu. Use the sorting and search functions to find the user that you would like to interact with. Click anywhere on their user card in order to see their details and interact with their profile.
On the User Detail overlay, head to the top right corner and click on the three dots there. Click on those three dots and the option to Unsubscribe will appear. Click Unsubscribe to remove the user from your program.
NOTE: this ability is permission-based. Please check with your Customer Success representative if you do not see the Unsubscribe button on your account.
How To Remove Inactive Users
In many programs, you might want to unsubscribe multiple users based on their most recent activity in the app. This is helpful in situations where you want to clear out less engaged users to make room for new signups.
Head to the Ambassadors tab, then use the Sort By button in the top left to sort by Last Active. Scroll down & use the "show more" feature to find the bottom of the list and see the users that have been active in the app least recently!
