If you feel like you aren't seeing current challenges or rewards, please head to the "homepage" & use the pull-to-refresh gesture on your screen to refresh your app (as you would to refresh your Facebook news feed)
Your account is frozen or you'd like to reset your account?
You have two options: 1. Quit out of the app & restart 2. Uninstall the app & reset.
Uninstalling & reinstalling your app. When you reinstall your SocialLadder app begin to reconnect your social media accounts you will receive the message “Add Device - This social network is associated with another profile, do you want to add this device to that profile?” Please click "yes" to reconnect your active account.
Connecting Social Media. In order for SocialLadder to reward you points for your social challenges, we must connect to your social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter. If you do not connect your social media account we will not be able to complete social media challenges. SocialLadder does not
