SocialLadder provides an easy to use platform and experience for ambassadors, music fans & lovers, brand advocates, influencers, affiliates, and more to promote for the things that you love! SocialLadder gamifies promoting for your favorite event or brand to motivate participation, engagement, and loyalty. Challenges are posted in app for you to complete in exchange for points for successfully completing. Challenges can include anything from promoting on social media, to completing field marketing tasks, to selling tickets/generating referrals. With these points that you earn, you can use them to redeem rewards such as tickets, merchandise, products, experiences, cash, and more.

These challenges can range from simple social tasks such as “Like A Facebook Page” to more complex tasks such as hanging posters for your street team, submitting screenshots of your Instagram story, or submitting photos of your completed proposal.

Rewards are "prizes" that ambassadors can redeem after they receive points for completing challenges. These are great incentives for promoting and staying engaged with your SocialLadder program, and a way for the brand and/or event organizer to reward you for all of your hard work! Reward options can include event tickets, experiences, merchandise, brand swag & products, gift cards, cash, social media feature experiences, and more.
On the SocialLadder app, rewards have their own category listed out along the bottom of the app screen. Once you click into the "Rewards" tab for your program, you can see these different subcategories broken down into different reward types. Click into a subcategory and check out the different reward options offered! To return back to the program home screen, continue to click on the "Back" button until you reach the home page.

Points are what you receive after you complete a challenge. These points are then used to redeem rewards and prizes for all of the hard work you put in promoting the program! Depending on the number of points you've received across the programs you're involved with, your rank within SocialLadder will increase. The higher your points are, the more rewards you can redeem!
On the SocialLadder app, points have their own category listed out along the bottom of the app screen. Once you click into the "Points" tab for your program, you can see the different subcategories - Points & Stats, Leaderboard, and Transactions. The Points & Stats subcategory includes your total number of points, SocialLadder rank, and the number of & types of challenges you've completed in the program. Swipe over to the "Leaderboard" subcategory, and you will see your rank amongst your friends, as well as the prompt to "Earn more points." If you click on "Earn more points," you will be brought to the "Challenges" page to complete more challenges. Swipe over to the "Transactions" subcategory, and you will see details of the challenges you completed & any other actions taken in the program, when you completed them, and the number of points earned.
