What are Challenges?
Challenges are action items that are created to keep ambassadors engaged and excited about your brand and/or event. These challenges can range from simple social tasks such as “Like A Facebook Page” to more complex tasks such as hanging posters for your street team, submitting screenshots of your Instagram story, or submitting photos of your completed proposal.
On the SocialLadder app, challenges have their own category listed out along the bottom of the app screen. Once you click into “Challenges,” you can see all of the different types of challenges to complete. Options can include Manual Tracking, Facebook, Facebook Engagement, Instagram, Quiz & Survey, Postering & Flyering, and more. Once you are clicked into the “Challenges” tab for your program, you can see these different categories highlighted across the top of the page, with all challenges listed below.

Poster & Flyer Challenges (Manual)
Postering and Flyering challenges are grassroots marketing challenges for brand ambassadors to complete. Postering challenges require ambassadors to hang posters in a specific location, these are often local businesses. Flyering challenges require ambassadors to pass out flyers to people at a specific location, for example, fans leaving a local concert. The postering and flyering materials are at times provided by the event organizer, must be requested from the organizer, or you may have the option to create your own.
How to complete these challenges

Once you have hung posters in required locations and have documented your activities by taking photos, upload the photos to the challenge. Make sure to take the required photos as described in the description.
To upload photos to the challenge, tap the purple photo icon button. On the new screen, tap the purple photo icon again, the challenge will prompt you to take or upload a photo.
